B i o g r a p h y

Maria Siamakkide was born in Cyprus. She took various private lessons on different musical instruments from a very young age for example instruments such as Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Drums, Clarinet, Voice, and Santoor. She has played with many popular performers in Cyprus,  Greece, the Czech Republic, and England. She was a member of the University of Nicosia's Young Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of the Czech Republic, and the Wolverhampton Symphony Orchestra. Moreover, she is a member of Lakatamia's Philarmonic Orchestra as a clarinet player.

 

About her education career, from 2009 until 2012 she was a student in Nicosia's Music School. From 2012 until 2015  she studied at the University of Wolverhampton, with a degree in BMusic and Piano Performance. From 2018 until 2021 she was studying for a master's in Music Education at European University.

For the last 10 years, she is a piano, violin, and santoor teacher in a private music school, and she is also a piano accompanist. In 2019 she created an adult choir where it consists of 30 adult members and their repertoire is different kinds of music as pop greek and Cypriot traditional songs and more.
